Using the Ptichi website

The current terms and practical boundaries of this public information website: no account, payment, upload or guaranteed service.

Ptichi is currently a public information and practice website. Reading a page or using a text-only helper does not create an account, paid subscription, coaching relationship or guarantee that a future desktop product will be released.

Use the material for its stated purpose

The site publishes explanations, exercises, research notes and inspectable project artifacts. They are designed to help you think about and practise spoken communication, not to diagnose a medical condition, certify professional competence or replace advice from a qualified professional where one is needed.

Claims on a page are limited by that page's evidence and stated limitations. A benchmark result is not a promise that the same result will occur for you.

No account, payment or upload contract

The current website has no sign-up, checkout, voice upload or microphone capture. There is no paid website service level and no response-time guarantee.

If Ptichi later introduces accounts, payments, submissions, uploads or another transactional service, the relevant terms and privacy boundary must be updated before that feature is presented as available.

Reuse and external material

The Reuse page explains the current licensing boundary. A public URL is not a blanket republication license.

External links lead to services with their own terms and policies. Ptichi does not control those services merely because it cites them.

Availability and changes

Pages, routes and experimental project artifacts may change as the project develops. Review dates describe the state that was checked; they are not a promise that every sentence will remain unchanged forever.

Ptichi should preserve stable canonical identity and useful redirects where practical, but this page does not promise permanent availability of every experimental artifact.

Contact and disputes

The contact page states the contact route currently available. It does not currently offer a private support or dispute-submission channel.

These terms describe the present public website boundary. They are intentionally narrow rather than pretending a simple research site already has the contractual machinery of a mature paid service.
